Individualised Program
- Players fill out a profile questionnaire and our sport conditioning team create an individualised program to meet your needs. Player will receive;
- Access to a training app that has your program at your fingertips.
- Videos of key workouts to guide you and reinforce your understanding
- Email/text questions/videos to our team and we will respond within 48 hours (3-month minimum).
Non Gym Program
- No Gym -No worries
- Strength & Conditioning with limited equipment.
- A gym is not the only requirement to enhance your physical condition. Try our body-weight based program from home and watch your performance improve (6 months).

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the ‘General’ and ‘Individualised’ programs?
A general program has been designed for players wishing to have some type of strength work built into their program at a minimal cost. The individualised program helps you meet more specific needs and provides some support. This support also extends to guiding you on what weight you should be lifting at a particular time.
How and when do I receive my program?
A program is supplied within 5 Business days. A log-in to an app that contains your program will be sent out. This contains your monthly program and support on what the exercise is.
Can I receive a team program?
Yes ,please email us on info@inzanefootball.com and we can tailor a plan to the team for the season.
How do I pay?
Payment is via direct debit. Players under 18’s years will need to sign up through their parents or guardian.
What if I don’t have a gym?
Our ‘No Gym, No Problem” program allows players 13+ to undertake a strength program that focuses on functional movement and bodyweight exercises. The perfect solution to get stronger and enhance your conditioning with limited gym resources.

Stage 1 – 6 Months – BUY

Requirements: Activation band, resistance band.
Athletes will be supplied with a monthly program for 6 months. Each monthly cycle contains two sperate session that can be completed as the athlete wishes. Upon completion of a Stage, players can progress to the next stage.

Individualised Program Form
The ‘Individualised Gym program’ is designed for players requiring the best programming to suit their footballing needs. This is done with three quick steps.
Step 1
Players fill in the form upon signing up that states your previous history of training and your goals.
Step 2
Players supply the S&C coaches at Elevate with three videos of the following exercises;
- One leg squat
- Glute bridge
- Push up
Step 3
Players complete a maximal lift or estimate the lift in kg’s on the following exercises
- Bench Press
- Squat
- Lat pull
Once we have this info we will supply your program taking into account the stage of the season you are in so we do not compromise your performance. Each month you will receive an updated program that progresses on from the previous one.
