Challenge 14: Juventus Dribbling
This drill was used in a Juventus academy session a friend passed on to me.
You need to set up three different rows of cones, attacking the goal from 3 varying angles (see session plan).
x5 attempts on each colour/angle hitting the net on the full each time.
Elite players should start to isolate one foot, or use different combinations to round each cone.
Sprint back until 5 balls are finished, then move to next colour.
